Sacred Breathwork is a powerful practice combining Soma Breath techniques, Pranayama, Hypnotherapy and Lightwork to unlock deep healing and expanded awareness.
This 7-week self-paced online training will equip you with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to facilitate breathwork journeys for individuals and groups.

🧘🏽 Facilitation Guidelines & Scripts – Learn how to facilitate Sacred Breath Sessions both in-person and online. The audio-journeys include the sound of inhales and exhales, and audible signals for the you to assist your facilitation.

How much?
Inspired by my visits to the sacred temples of Sikhism, Buddhism, Hinduism, and more, I am offering this self-paced online training on a donation basis.
For reference, past online group trainings have been priced between USD 800 and 1,200.

Q&A
Does it take 7 weeks to complete, or can I finish it faster?
The training can be completed in less than 7 weeks. It depends on how much time you choose to invest each week. Each lesson lasts between 60 and 90 minutes, and the program is designed for deep learning and integration of Sacred Breathwork. While you are free to move at your own pace, I recommend not rushing the process and dedicating at least 4 weeks before facilitating your first Sacred Breath Journey.
I have never done Breathwork. Is this training suitable for me?
If you have never experienced Breathwork before, I encourage you to do so first— click here to experience a Sacred Breath Journey from the comfort of your home. Developing a deeper relationship with your breath will enhance your experience in this training. If you are a Yogi or Yoga teacher with a background in Pranayama and breath studies, this training is well-suited for you.
What is the difference between Sacred Breathwork and other types of Breathwork?
Imagine your being as a fountain with four basins. The largest, at the bottom, represents your physical body; the two middle basins symbolize your emotional and mental bodies; and the top basin corresponds to your energetic/spiritual body. Many breathwork practices primarily cleanse the emotional and mental layers but often overlook the spiritual aspect.
Sacred Breathwork, however, reaches the highest basin, allowing the energy of love, light, and peace to cascade down, creating harmony and vitality across all dimensions of your being. In essence, a Sacred Breath Journey offers a full reset—body, mind, and spirit—helping you enter the state of Sat Chit Ananda: Truth (True Identity) – Pure Consciousness – Bliss.
Are Sacred Breath Journeys only for spiritual people, or do others also benefit?
Even without a connection to spirituality or the concept of “spirit,” participants can experience profound healing. The structure and methodology of Sacred Breathwork are grounded in scientific research on the nervous system, brainwaves, and human anatomy. A great example is Luca, who doesn’t consider himself spiritual at all. However, after attending a Sacred Breath Journey, his wristwatch recorded his stress levels significantly lower than ever before—even compared to a full night of deep sleep.
