Sacred Bodywork Session
This is a 2.5-3 hour experience, in which you’ll be guided through a meditative practice to help your nervous system relax and slow your mind down. This prepares you for the Bodywork, which is a combination of different massage styles, deep tissue, acupressure, and de-armoring touch, paired with astral healing and calibrating your 7 energy centers to align with the frequency of peace & love.
We conclude the session with a gratitude ritual and a body scan. During the body scan, I will provide you with detailed insights into what your body communicated during the session and which areas of your life need more attention in order for you to grow and heal.

Astral Aura Calibration
This is a 2 – 2.5 hour experience, starting with a conversation and meditation to assess what areas of your energy body and aura are out of alignment. For this we create clarity on which emotions challenge you most in everyday life, and what challenges you currently the most.
Once we found clarity, you are guided through a specific breathwork formula that supports you in opening your energy centers to be calibrated. You might have a complete outer body experience, or observe and feel your own body like you have never before. During the breathwork, I will assist in calibrating your aura from different dimensions and astral realms, supported by specific invocations and lightwork techniques.
