Sacred Bodywork Session
This is a 2.5 hour journey, in which you’ll be guided through a meditative practice to help your nervous system relax and slow your mind down. This prepares you for the Bodywork, which is a combination of different massage styles including lomi lomi, deep tissue, acupressure, and de-armoring touch.
We conclude the session with a gratitude ritual and a body scan. During the body scan, I will provide you with detailed insights into what your body communicated during the session and which areas of your life need more attention in order for you to grow and heal.

Sacred Healing Ritual
This is a 4 hour “deep dive” and focuses on balancing all seven of your main Chakras by creating harmony in your body, mind, and soul.
We begin with an initial conversation to clarify your intentions for the session and discuss what you seek to heal. This helps me select the appropriate tools and practices for the healing process.
Intuitively, I will guide you through a blend of meditation, breathwork, energetic healing, and bodywork. In addition to my presence, I will channel and invite my divine team of ascended masters and angels who work through me from the „spirit world“.
